This Notice is to be understood as a notice pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and arts. 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

For administrative purposes, we inform you that your data may be communicated by the Controller to external collaborators for their processing (for example, accounting firms), limited to the handling of your requests received via the site.
Pursuant to art. 43 of the Privacy Code and art. 44 of the GDPR, the Controller may transfer your personal data to Third Parties located in States not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area. In such cases, the Controller ensures the adoption of adequate safeguards (such as the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission) with the receiving foreign company; such clauses guarantee a level of data protection corresponding to that established by European regulations.
Personal data is processed mainly using electronic procedures and tools (databases, CRM platforms, etc.) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected and, in any case, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, non-excess and relevance set out in current privacy legislation.

From this website it is possible to connect, via specific links, to other websites, or it is possible to connect to our website from third-party websites. The Controller declines any responsibility regarding any request and/or disclosure of personal data to third-party sites and regarding the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.
We inform you that data relating to navigation logs, if recorded, will be kept by the Controller for a period of 6 months. We also inform you that the data you provide will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us and further retained exclusively for the period required to fulfil legal obligations, unless it is necessary to retain it further to defend or assert a right or to comply with any further legal obligations or orders from the Authorities.
Data subjects to whom the above-mentioned data refers have the right to exercise their rights in accordance with the procedures and limits provided for by current privacy legislation. Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask the Controller for:
access: you may request confirmation as to whether or not processing of data concerning you is taking place, as well as further clarification regarding the information in this Notice, and to receive the data itself, within reasonable limits;
rectification: you may request the rectification or completion of data you have provided to us or that we otherwise hold, if inaccurate;
erasure: you may request that your data collected or processed be erased, if no longer necessary for our purposes or where there are no ongoing disputes or controversies, in the case of withdrawal of consent or your objection to processing, in the case of unlawful processing, or where there is a legal obligation to erase it;
restriction: you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, when one of the conditions set out in art. 18 of the GDPR applies; in such a case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent except as explained in the same article, paragraph 2;
objection: you may object at any time to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest, unless we have legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that override yours, for example for the exercise or defence of a legal claim; your objection will always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes;
portability: you may request to receive your data, or have it transmitted to another controller you indicate, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Furthermore, pursuant to art. 7, par. 3, GDPR, we inform you that you can exercise your right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
